We have inner dialogue all day long. We think, we reflect, we wonder, we plan, we look back and we look ahead. Living in the light is living consciously and living knowing every thought is pondered by the universe. We put sales orders in all day long with our thoughts. Our words speak even louder. Prayer is a time when we can send out thanks, and give up our worst fears and worries to the light. Amen blesses all we pray for and basically means for the good of all with no harm to no one. I always close my prayers with Amen.
I was born Catholic and this is how my roots serve me on my spiritual path. I kept what felt good. I kept the rosary. I find the rosary works miracles. Praying on beads or shells or rocks works miracles! If I lost my rosary beads I would not be lost to prayer. For me, it gives me a ritual and guarantees a 20 minute session thanking God for all that comes to me...my health, my clients, my friends, anything and everything. My beads are crystal, they are blue, they feel good to hold and they were left to me by my grandmother Mary. So, for me, they are very special. I share this with others because if you might be so inclined to try the rosary you may find them to be very grounding. Also, instead of having your hands tied in any given situation you can pick up a pair of rosary beads and start talking to God immediately. Something lifts... the heaviness, the panic, and it's replaced by a sense of calm. When there is a sense of calm, issues may begin to work themselves out. Prayer delivers quantum results. When you pray and receive that sense of calm...you are sending out two messages right away..."I trust" and " I believe". When you pray for thanks, you are saying "I deserve". You are God's little miracle child and he wants what you want. When you figure out what you want...drop the word want and pick up "I am". Now thats creative praying. If you don't know what you want try this..."I am enjoying a happy and healthy life...now".
